Peterborough's Secondary Autism Hubs are running a jointly delivered Exam Revision training package via TEAMS.
Nene Park Academy and Ken Stimpson Community School are welcoming all Neurodiverse KS4 students and their parents/Carers to the online events.
There will be two separate events: the first one aimed at young people, providing practical advice, resources, and useful links to help with revision, the second one focuses on supportive strategies parents may find useful helping their child get through the exam period.
Aim of the second Training Package - The overall aim is to give guidance to parents/carers how to best support their child through the exam period. Also, to provide practical tips to support students with their revision routine and how to minimise the pressure and anxiety they may face.
Training dates are:
- 24th February, 4.00-4.30pm Planning your revision by Nene Park Academy (for KS4 students)
- 3rd March, 4.00-4.30pm Supporting your child with their revision and exam preparation by Ken Stimpson Community School (for parents & carers)
